Frankie Update: Joyce was moved to tears by the cards the high school students made for Frankie. His bone marrow transplant was Monday – and if his tests are good today he will get to come home Friday.
As some of you may have heard Frankie Tovar is in the hospital in Rochester fighting Acute Leukemia. For those of you who don’t know, Joyce Tovar has volunteered at the high school for over 50 years keeping score for basketball and baseball games. Frankie was always with her. We will try to keep you up-to-date with information as we get it. At this time he can not accept flowers or balloons but loves receiving cards and messages.
